Hollywood Fair
Kathrina, Colleen and Dee are involved in the Hollywood Fair again this year, demonstrating the age old craft of felting on Sunday, 20th August. The Hollywood Fair takes place in Hollywood Village, Co. Wicklow from Wednesday, 16th until 20th August and is really a great day out. There is such a lot to do and see from sheep sheering and dog trials to basket weaving and black- smith displays, great music and most people dress in 1950s clothes. Drop in and say hello.

Weaving Time and Place

An exciting opportunity to see “Weaving Time and Place” a contemporary art project in action! Meet the artists and participants of the project and try your hand at some traditional weaving and spinning. Children welcome with full supervision of guardian at all times
Artists Kathrina Hughes and Mary O’Rourke have developed a unique art project with Carolann Courtney, Kildare Arts and Wellbeing Specialist and Naas Day Care Centre with the support of Shann Morris.
And if you have any memories of the Naas Cotton Mill maybe you can share them with us to enhance our project.
