Elements of summer pursuits are showing in recent work produced by Colleen and Barbara.  I am quite sure they are not partaking in the these wet and energetic sports themselves – more likely as spectators from the safety of the dry shoreline!

Inspired by watching a big wave roll over, enclosing a surfer inside…. then moments later the wave breaks and the surfer is gone – hopefully to bob up in the water shortly after!
