Postcard 1916 – Old Post Office, Clones

Some of our members responded to an open call inviting artists to respond to the 1916 Irish Proclamation of Independence.   Each applicant was sent a postcard which they were to use to express their response the Proclamation and post back!  What a great idea for an art studios based in an old Post Office.

The result of this call is an exhibition, Postcard 1916, curated by Eileen Ferguson, which opens on 28th May in Clones Art Studios (the old Post office) Clones, Co. Monaghan.
