You may have seen on our Facebook page that our work is now showing in a new venue in Kildare.  A lovely new restaurant has opened on the bank of the canal in Sallins called ‘Two Cooks’ owned by Josef and Nicola.

This bright, comfortable space is located over two floors with a small wine bar downstairs and the larger restaurant upstairs with views of the canal.   There are some unusual lighting and decor features throughout the restaurant which we believe may be the creations of Josef …. so not just handy in the kitchen eh?

The Two Cooks website is still under construction but it has a sample menu, a tasting menu, their location and contact details. http://www.twocooks.ie/   It is always good to support new local businesses.
